Air conditioning across hotel not working, was too hot in rooms at night, disrupting sleep.

Had a pleasant stay here. Very convenient having the U train and Lidl supermarket nearby. Very easy to get to Munich central from here. The surrounding streets and neighborhood are quiet and leafy. I think the only thing that needs improvement is the air flow in the rooms. The rooms were quite stuffy at times and not sure if the A/C and fan were functioning okay. Otherwise, the rooms were large and spacious.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient. Location was very close to coffee shop and restaurant. Street parking was available. Close to the UBahn. Very convenient place to stay. Super clean and comfy. Will stay again. 🤗

We had a car and parked in the neighborhood streets with no issue! Great hotel

Very nice hotel in a quiet area in the south of Munich. Newer property built in 2016, per the front desk. Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff and an excellent Italian restaurant (Cesar’s) in the hotel.
However, there is a real issue with the temperature in the rooms. No real air conditioning (?) - it was unusually warm in Munich for April and the central heating was still on for the room and it was baking hot. Per the staff this could not be regulated (!!). I am not sure how the hotel plans to handle the summer, which will also get hotter in Germany due to climate change. The hotel should invest into a modern air conditioning and heating system.
