Stayed for 2 nights as a family in the suite rooms. The ambience, staff friendliness and size of the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was good and also had our needs taken care of. All in all, if you are driving this is an excellent to stay in.
Onsite parking is ample and easy to use.

The Amedia Dachau was clean and breakfast was good. I didn't give this property a 5 star review because the front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room numbering is strange. We asked a couple employee's where our room was located and we got bad directions both times. We finally found our room. The bed was comfortable and that is just what we needed.

Poor Customer Service
Posted 4 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe male at reception upon arrival was the rudest person we've ever come across in the hospitality sector. I'm an accommodation manager and I was appalled at his attitude and his lack of care to the guests. The lady on shift when we checked out, however, was very pleasant and kind. The room itself was alright. The beds were super comfortable. Overall though, I'd expect better customer service at a hotel that charges this amount.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent. A good, affordable option for s visit to The Oktoberfest. Only about a 20-minute taxi ride away.
