Arrived 11:45pm and had some problems during check-in and it is showing room not cleaned. The staff took a while to allow us to check-in. Also, short stays will get your room cleaned everyday however, it is not the case. The hotel staff is responsive via whatsapp since they do not have a physical reception onsite and it is across the building. They tried to compensate it either with coffee or a drink in their bar but did not had the chance to stop by. Location itself is very near to the train station which is also convenient traveling to the Marienplatz both via rideshare/taxi and walking.

Great hotel near Munich HBF. Easy to walk to. Room was clean and had all the things we needed. It was self check in and checkout so we really did not see anyone during our stay but numbers were readily available to call if help was needed. Lots of dining close by and near public transit. Would definitely stay again.

I like this property but everything is “self serve” here so some people may not like it. There is no actual staff to help check in but at least they pick up the phone when u have questions. We tried to do luggage storage before check in time but no instruction. After we called and got instruction but we didn't have a valid key to get to basement. It is inconvenience if no real person to help on site. When we got to storage area, there is just limited slots to use. End up we couldn’t go anywhere but wait until we can check in. If for regular hotel with real staff, I think they can help to store luggages flexibly.

Lovely building, staff were really charming. We fell asleep to birdsong, rare in the middle of a city. We'll be back!

The Aircon in both the bed room and bath room was so noisy, that even silicon ear plugs didn't help to stop the noise. The fan was on the lowest setting, but it was not possible to turn it off completely (a security pin would have been required). Also, the check-in experience is not great. There is only one online check-in terminal available at the entrance, this means if there is more than one person checking in, you have to stand out side the hotel door (potentially in the rain). I've stayed at the other King's Hotels in Munich and unfortunately this was the worst experience. I won't be staying there again

Dear Christian, thank you very much for your great review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us.Correct, unfortunately, due to security reasons you cannot fully turn of the a/c as this blows in 10% of fresh air to keep the room circulated. Best regards KING’s HOTELs

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and once there plenty of mass transit options are available. Self-service check-in went smoothly. The room was immaculately clean and I enjoyed that it had a sitting area separate from the bed area. Nice décor, it felt like a hotel more upscale than the price indicated. Nice bathroom and large shower. They have an interesting program where you can pass on housekeeping and "earn" a $10 voucher towards drinks or breakfast at their sister hotel across the street. We used this to enjoy a very nice buffet breakfast at half price. They have self-service laundry in the basement at a reasonable price. You can add a kitchenette to the room for an additional 20 euro/night if desired. The hotel itself was well kept and felt safe with a key needed to enter the main lobby and also the hallway or elevator to get to the rooms. My only issue as a female was I would have felt uncomfortable walking around the neighborhood by myself at night. I was with my husband and even so I noticed men looking at me. The area appears to have a high middle eastern population, and at night it was pretty much all men at the restaurants and men's clubs in the area. I personally feel more comfortable when there are other women at the establishments and walking about. I gave an "average" score to staff because I never saw any and only communicated via messaging. They were responsive within a reasonable time.
