Very disappointed. We left after the first night losing our money. Unresponsive property manager. Room was very moldy smelling and we suffered from allergies. Quite an expensive place for what you get. Had better accomodations at half the price in much of that area

Your review does not achive the overall rate rated by the rest of our guests. Surprisingly when you left your room you did noticed anything at reception. When any of our guest suffer from allergies, they just note it in the reservation. It was not your case, we did not receive any suggestion previous to your arrival. Our rooms are cleaned wih ozone precisely to avoid allergic problems.It is surprisingly strange to hear that there are better accommodations at half price in this area, if so, we wonder why you did not choose any other place to stay at. We can understand that you were dissapointed and that's the reason why your words are written with the only aim of hurting our reputation.

One disappointment was the lack of air conditioning, and it was hot.
Good service when we couldn't get the washer to work. Helpful desk person. Beautiful views!
Parking was close but a very small garage. Still good to have it with the busy street parking.

Dormitory-style residences
Posted 4 Jan 2020 on HotelsArrived over New Year's so check-in was by code number. Room was clean but minimal. Whole building however smelled of stale smoke from the fire in the lobby/common area.

The apartment was neat and in a prime location across from the beach. I had booked it months in advance and thought I would get a view of the water from a top floor as advertised when I booked it. I ended up on the first floor with a view of the street. The amenities were functional but nothing fancy. Parking in town horrible. Hotel reserved is a space for a fee, but we didn't use it since we found a spot in a nearby lot by accident. The hotel couldn't give us a spot for 1 of our 3 days anyway. Overall, ok accommodation.

The fact that you booked it months in advance, it doesn't guarantee you an apartment with balcony and sea view as these ones are subject to availability with an extra surchage. In your case you did not pay the surchage for the upgrade, so we reserved a standard room.

Close to the beach. There are no beach towels available. Full kitchen.

Such a gem!

Beautiful, clean, spacious room with everything you could possibly need (wifi, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, even a laundry washer!). Mine even had a nice little view of the beach/waves. The staff was super kind and helpful in recommending good spots to check out. And it's in a super quiet area, which was also nice. I'd absolutely stay here again.
