The pool was not open, even after I called to confirm that it would be open. My son had stayed in the same hotel two months earlier and said that the pool wasn't open then either. Staffing issues?

I wouldn’t say anything was unique. It was nice and clean. Could have used more towels and extra pillows

Unfortunately the pool failed the DOH the morning of the day we stayed. We booked the hotel for the pool.

I made a last minute reservation at the BW to see the eclipse of the sun, When most other properties were sold out they weren't gouging on the room price. Room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

No one speaks fluent english. Very old not updated. Pool smells musty

Did not get WiFi password or any other information about the hotel when I checked in. Had to figure out how to get the channels to come in the TV and most of the lights were motioned sensored and wouldn’t stay on.
