Fantastic hotel, the service is exceptional with customer care focus! The room was spacious and comfortable. Marina from housekeeping is an absolute asset to the hotel looking after us and going the extra mile for our five year old daughter! We would definitely stay again ! Thank you !

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and just so welcomed with the culture and environment. The members of staff were fantastic. We had our luggage which was delayed by 3 days and the hotel did everything possible to ensure we had all amenities and needs met. The ensured we had decide for a birthday celebration and the hotel was so clean and spotless. The breakfast included was the best breakfast we had encountered whilst travelling in India. We cannot thank the staff enough.
Jagat and Jason were superb at breakfast. Upendra and Meghna were fantastic at front of house. The cleaning staff were amazing too! The staff outside were brilliant too and helped us with travels anywhere we needed.
The views from the hotel were amazing and I would definitely recommend them for anyone and families. Thanks Oberoi staff!
