it was okay place to stay in. problem with hot water and Wifi. hot water is limited for shower and wifi keep dropping and change every time which is so annoying if u want stay longer but its not for upto mark. service and staffs are nice. Beds has stain and they could put new beds . over all i don't recommend for long stay but enough for 1 night

Bed bugs was the most annoying thing. No hot water.

Greetings Mr Kunal, We apologize that the stay did not meet your expectations. Although the hot water equipment is timer based and in working condition in the room you checked in. Also we continuously keep a check on hygiene and do the routine pest control for our property thus the chances of bed bugs are mere to nil. As we did not have this information during your stay we could not check and accommodate you in another room. Its a request please do visit us again and I am sure you wont find such issues. Not even a 1 star hotel.

The room is full of moisture on floor. The wall as well. The AC is also malfunctioning. The free breakfast doesn't have checks. They have served the Bread with fungus. The quality of breakfast was worst. The reception person not handling any complaint properly & timely.

Services were not up to the mark: Wifi would not work a single day. No effort from staff to provide wifi. No hot water in wash basin. Small heater in bathroom. You have to fill the bucket with water and shower. Rooms are very small. just walking space around the bed Loud music until late night. No much choice for breakfast I eventually cancelled reservations and moved out.
