Not prefer for Family Staying

The rooms are not well maintained, Not as seen in picture while booking. Breakage all over , A/c noice, Widow unclose able

I had a booking for 5 days and 4 nights. The checking was ok. As we went into the room it was not as clean as it was mentioned. The bathroom did not have hot water running and we had to complain about it. They fixed it the next morning. We had a booking with breakfast included in the hotel, But unfortunately, the staff was so rude and denied the breakfast. We showed them that we had the Itinerary xxxxxxxxx. The staff denied and we had to call Expedia to get this resolved. Expedia did confirm that the breakfast was included as we paid for it. The next day we went again and the staff AGAIN DENIED FOR THE BREAKFAST. This was one of the worst experiences that I had at other hotels. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. I had to do breakfast out of the hotel for the next 5 days. The experience was so bad I had to check out a day earlier to move out of the hotel and book another one. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUCH HOTELS. 0 STARS FOR THE RUDE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. STAY was on October 25 - 29, 2022 for the hotel staff referral Itinerary (xxxxxxxxxxx)

The hotel did not receive any free breakfast booking with the stay we had to pay for breakfast even when it was said free on the booking with hotels.com and paid for online. The customer care of hotels.com was informed and refund was promised but even after sending the receipts to hotel.com no refund was initiated. The Hotel did not bother to solve the issue. Rooms are not as displayed on Hotels.com.

Passport custody

The only thing I did not like was the receptionist insisted on keeping my passport till my check out date. Even after denying he insisted saying he keep everyone’s passports deposited here. Passports are very sensitive documents, they should not force you to deposit it till check out
