Due to construction outdoor site hotel blocked cars to come up on the ramp it made walling tough on the slope staff wasnt helpful to get the stuff to our room. Place is old and not kept good. Room service was poor. Only kitchen and restaurant was good

Very clean and comfortable and a lovely building. Stayed one night before going on a cruise and really enjoyed the experience.

Delicious food, good service, professional staff, selection of music could be improved, support rail would be a great help to senior patrons

Excellent hotel with great service

Excellent hotel. Three night stay during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved their breakfasts and happy hours. Very pleasant environment with meeting rooms. Would have liked more choices of restaurants in the hotel. The south Asian restaurant did not appeal to me but they seemed to have a wide variety of Asian food. Will definitely stay here again.

excellence of hilton hotel

Hilton was very nice and very near to airport, and the location of the hotel is in buziest area which get any thing at appropriate time, one thing i dont like is house keeping is chargable as other hotels are not charging and why hilton is charing? the rest of everything (reception, housekeeing, breakfast section) all are friendly and supportive staff

We stopped over at this hotel for a couple of nights. It is very convenient for the airport and is clean/well maintained. Our booking included a food/drink credit, but we always had to remind the restaurant to include this (this has been an automatic process in other places we have stayed in India). There was also some confusion over our order for dinner one evening and the food wasn’t good the next evening either - we provided feedback at the time, but felt that it wasn’t really acted on. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the lights in the room & an orientation for guests might be useful for the future.
