Nothing to like in this. We stayed here for 4 days and shifted our room 3 times. AC doesn't work at all. Bath tab taps are broken. Door locks didn't work. They don't serve after 11 pm.

My stay was pleasant, but the staff was one sided. They treated my guest as if they did not exist. This made it awkward for myself and my local guest. Even though I paid, I do not think it was fair, or kind to treat my guest as a "nobody". They would've gotten 5 Stars if it weren't for this.

The toilets need a revamp. We moved from one room to another next day after our arrival, as the toilets were in bad shape. Thinking the next room would be okay, we again had the same experience. The sink clogs and it was quite disgusting. The inconvenience in the toilets, e.g no place to hang clothes or towel is something.

Excellent hotel & superb staff perfect for family

Beautiful rooms very comfortable bed excellent bathrooms with tub and the best part was food.. amazing taste.. breakfast was excellent.. super helpfull staff and they are very well trained. Priced fairly.. I would rate it above hayat mumabi..

MARRIAGE EVENT organized in the hotel.
Posted 8 Dec 2017The food and F&B services are excellent. We did not get hospitality treatment from front office administration. There was mismatch in understanding.
Hotel administration should work towards communication gap between F&B and front office. At times the approvals shown from seniors were challenged.....
Rest we enjoyes three days stay with Great Food, attractive ambience, specious rooms...
It was a fun to stay here.
