Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

Excellent stay in this residence close to the city centre. We came late and the staff was still available for the check-in. We did not take the breakfast

Terrible bed
Posted 24 Jul 2022 on HotelsThe bed is terrible. It has not improved its quality. The centre of the bed sinks a lot and it hurts so much my back that I didn’t rest well during my stay in Mulhouse and hence disrupts my trip a lot.
With such price per night, I later found that there are better options nearby and hence upset me.
However, these complaints are directed at the facility rather than the staff. The staff was helpful but they could not change the quality of the bed.

First impression it looked like a youth hostel and after we got to our rooms the impression didn't change. Room was sparse, bed uncomfortable, the curtains were hanging off the wall, and not very clean. Would not recommend this hotel. Only saving grace was it's proximity to the old town and the Christmas Market. Was embarrassed as we had brought friends along with us. Overall not a great experience. Can't understand how it was rated so highly on Hotels.com
