Bedsheets smelled like washed in sea water ..no.tv Wifi very slow . Staff didnt hq e good attitude towards customers

Fair needs improvment!

This "resort" apartments are big and new but needs an update and more furniture the living room had 2 beds instead of couches and no dinning table or chairs. The first night there was not hot water and we got moved to a different room which after we showered realized the AC did not work! back to the room again all of this took 3 hrs !!. The description says 2 restaurants, one is a pool bar which has few options (did not have ice cream in 3 days) and the other one is a restaurant with buffet option ONLY!!! Towels need to be replaced (softer) and sheets are very old. Good size pool, staff did their best with what the have and can.

I’ve stayed at Sun N Sand twice and I’ve enjoyed it both times. The food is really good and the drink options are sufficient. The staff are really attentive and sweet. The overall grounds are beautiful (plenty of photo taking spots). And it never felt overcrowded. Be mindful that it is quite far from the main airport (about an hour to an hour and a half depending on traffic). Likewise, there are plenty of “beach boys” that depending on the season make it a bit difficult to relax on the beach just outside the resort grounds. The showers/sinks also do not have hot water. Overall I highly recommend. Great for families, couples, and solo travelers.

Competitively priced and a very good location relative to the Ocean. The bathroom is a little run-down but this is reflected in the low cost. It is essential the Hotel ensures the toilet flushing mechanism functions.

The property needs updating. My bahroom had a bad smell that I could not place and the sink leaked all over the floor. The bed linens need replacing to better quality cotton. The sheets are quite rough and unpleasant.
