The rooms has been recently remodeled.
The property is located in a busy and noisy street.
The common areas- pool, basketball court, and restaurant area are very tight. The few tables are crowded, breakfast was not fully replenished close to the end of the breakfast time, and the room was not clean

Excellent customer service at front desk. Nice, spacious rooms with convenient kitchens. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was also convenient and appreciated!

Nice setting for a family. 2 beds plus sofa bed, and 2full bath and a full kitchen are all helpful to make your trip easier.

Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsI usually stay at a Residence Inn when I am in this area. I pick either this one or the one closer to Palo Alto. I like both hotels. The staff have always been very nice, helpful and friendly. This one has more street noise but it is not bad. My only other complaint I have is you almost have NO choice but to purchase the paid internet service. The free internet service, no matter what room you stay in is SO bad and my cellular data does not work very fast either at this hotel. It is not expensive to use the paid internet service so that's a plus.
