Very dirty and it smelled. Cable TV didn’t work either

It was an average hotel for the area. Was kind of bothered that i had to check in through a kiosk. The room was average, nothing special. The bathrooms were nice. The bed was fine but the pillows were odd.

No service at all ! It was all computerized. Couldn’t understand the persons English on the screen so it was difficult to check in. The room was nice and clean comfortable beds. No elevator so had to drag our luggage up and down stairs

This was a comfortable and affordable stop along Interstate 64. It was quiet and we slept well. The online check-in kiosk could have been very convenient if the remote attendant had been easier to understand. That was both a factor of the foreign accent and the machine itself. But this wasn't a huge barrier. There were lots of options for gas and food at this particular interchange. We would consider staying again.

Found it strange three story facility had no elevator. I’m old so may be I am just not ready to do business with a kiosk. Seems impersonal. The person on site was pleasant and helpful. The kiosk is a kiosk.

Blankets were thin and I froze but other than that everything was great! Staff was nice and bed was comfy. And room was super clean.

Seemed really clean. Breakfast was so so, but you get what you pay for.
