First place i have stayed at that you could not take your food to my room, seating in the dining area was minimal(not enough). My room had 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 wash cloth, 1 clean hand towel (1 dirty), coffee pot was dirty(had to run water thew it a few times to get to run clear, coffee packets one regular (opened) and 2 decaf, only 1 packs of cream sugar packet/used(had to get from front desk), ice bucket had full length crack in bottom of bucket(had to get new one from front desk), heater/ac worked but very noisy, occupants above us on both stays were very noisy thumping and making excessive noise throught the night and morning. The chair in roon was dirty with stains(reported to front desk). Keycards quit working and had to have reprogramed. The hot tub had dead bugs in the water and had to clean out. Despite the negatives the staff corrected many of the concerns immediately. The bed was very comfortable.

Using Quality Inn off College as a local center for exploring Skagit County. Planning to move and finding local resources which would determine our choices. Thanks, Staff Great!!

This should be renamed to the NO Quality Inn! The room was dirty, terrible bedding, smelled like tobacco even though supposedly no smoking, noisy, toilet handle didn't work, smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Just need to tear the building down it is falling apart.

It's just aged and could use some real updating. The driveway needs leveled and repaved. As someone with a disability, I had to navigate around potholes in the driveway. There should be more handicap parking and handicap curb cutaways, at least one on each end of the motel and both sides. It was an average motel, nothing bad about it but nothing great about it. It suited our needs. I do wish that motels would go back to fresh bedding and towels everyday, it's just nice after a long day to come back to a freshly made bed and clean towels.

Our TV wasn't working. Pretty sure the xfinity wasn't because there was signal but nothing streaming. Employee plugged & unplugging & basically said we were out of luck. The toilet seat was also loose & extremely close to the wall. The breakfast was good & the employee working there was extremely polite & accommodating. Overall stay was fine but not overly awesome.

Nothing unique , husband called it a dump..Bugs in the bathroom .We stayed there before but never again. No curb appeal and no appeal around the office.

Staff wereexceptionally nice, but building is very out of date and worn down. Not very clean either. Will not go back.
