Swimming pool area was very nice. Breakfast was really good. Room was very quiet.

Older facility, broken sink, tub would not drain & toilet very low.

We went here because my son has cancer and heated pools feel good on his body after a long drive, pool was cold other people even said its not warm at all fist nighr there we told them blew us off went to take showers had no hot water in shower just sink. Told them for 2 days nothing. There was a man past out and throwing up in hall way. We asked foe a refund so we could go to a different hotel was told we cant have a refund but could go to a different hotel about 10pm a lady did call and said ahe was sorry about the water was not told about from day shift moved us to new room we told her about pool and said ahe was told bye people it was cold too. New room tub drain wouldn't work unless u held it down. Are last night there about 1030pm as we are in bed a man entered are room he was scared as much as we were said sorry they gave him wrong room. That made it hard to sleep that was glad to leave we left at 8am breakfast there was a joke will not stay there again or recommend

Dear Valued Guest,On behalf of our entire team I would like to apologize for the issues you encountered while staying with us. We have guild lines set by our local Health department the temps we got during our readings were between 84.5 degrees and 86 degrees which is as high as we can take the temp on our pool. We also had the maintenance man look into the hot water issue and all 3 of our tanks were operating properly. I also want to apologize for the man walking in to your room I am researching that now to find out how that happened. As hard as we try we can not control others who stay here when the desk clerk was notified by a guest that there was someone in our guest laundry room passed out she took care of the issue right away, However this apology does not change the out come of your stay. Always clean with great service from nice people.
Not big on sausage gravy and biscuits as breakfast feature.
