Whenbwe werentying to check in therebwas a 15 to 20 person group of drunks in the lobby drinking and being very loud, there was no one at the counter to help us. We wondered around the hotel including behind the counter and into the office behind the desk. It took almost a half hour to find someone to checknus in. The whole time listing to the obnoxious drunks in the lobby. In the parking lot was a building that was having a rave party it sounded like. Our room had 1 towel for 2 night stay and no toilet paper.

Nice facility. Very poor service. There were no toiletries in the room. No one on the front desk would answer the phone in the evening. Tried multiple times with my phone and with the phone in the room.

Side door to access building would not shut all the way allowing anyone in from the street. Homeless people walking around the area and in the parking lot. My hotel room was also accessed while we were out and two pairs of expensive headphones were stolen. The front desk person didn’t seem to have any empathy and did not appear surprised at all. I will say the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was good.

1 person working the whole place who was dealing the best they could. Our toilet was backed up when we arrived. No maintenance.. offered to move when we could finally get through to front desk. Back door to the place would not lock so anyone could come in. Homeless coking in for breakfast. Hallways dirty.
