For starters, they said they didnt hv my reservation that I made on your site/page. Than they said I was in for a single bed rm when I reserseved 2bed rm. she put me in a room wit 2 bds, no hot water,( hd to run it 15 mins.) towels for just 1 person, not toilet paper, soaps etc. no place to put clothes. Had to keep in suitcase or bags, staying for couple days thats not right. I can continue but I wont…

I wouldn’t recommend staying here , the manager seems very unprofessional and ghetto for like a terms . Her attitude towards myself and another person who stayed the same week as me was just horrible. She needs to humbled and re trained for her position… The linen smelled cleaned but fresh stains were very visible. Also there was dog poop around the whole premises. The prices are good but again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR … I WOULDNT RECOMMEND!

Thank you for your feedback.We have PTAC units in our rooms which provide 9000 BTU of cooling power. You can put the fan down to low to reduce the fan noise. Our units have recently been replaced.

The hotel did not have the room I booked a month in advance with two beds. Our friends had to leave. Hotel was very run down and sketchy. Our room was filthy. Dirt and pieces of stuff all over the floor. Light bulbs were sticky we had to clean them with out wipes. Front desk lady came out in a bath robe, gave us a key that didn't even our door, then wouldn't answer the door or phone for 20 minutes so we could get the correct key. Very unhappy with our stay. Found out too late that there are better hotels in the area for the same price point

Unfortunately on the day of your arrival we were provided the incorrect number so we were not able to reach you ahead of time. We offered additional room and a rollway bed. Don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds. Only had 1 room with 1 king size. Me and 3 kids in 1 bed. No comfortable at all. Smelled like cigarettes. Dirty panels missing on the wall the freezer was full of water 1 wash cloth 1 towel no key to get in code only probably never ever changed. Shower was gross everything was gross don’t go here not even your last resort

Staff was out partying till 2am and doors slamming all night long. Property was supposed to be going under rehab but looked a total mess. Then I had booked a double bed and she said they didn’t have one and only thing they had was in the back of the building.

Don’t waste your money

It was disgusting! The man at the desk gave me a key. I went to the room and open the door and thought the bed is all messed up. Then I noticed there was a man sleeping in the bed. He gave us two rooms in the back of the Hotel because there was four of us, and he only had rooms left with one bed. I open the door to the first room and the bed was unmade and the key from the previous customer was on the nightstand next to the bed. The curtains were dirty. It was just nasty . The room next door we couldn’t even get in with the key because there was no place to enter it in the slot. The lock had a keypad on it and we didn’t have the combination. I went to the front desk again and told the clerk who was working about it and he was trying to hand me a key fob. The doorhandle doesn’t use a key fob. It takes a number it was a keypad with numbers to enter a combination of the numbers. I told him I wanted a refund and we were going somewhere else. He did give me the refund and we went to the Days Inn down the road, and it was much better. Some of the rooms that we passed didn’t have curtains on them and they had mattresses up against the windows. It was just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay in there. The people I did see one had sandals on now mind you it was February 18 I think most of the people that we saw actually lived there. The parking lot wasn’t shoveled and you had to climb over snow banks, and icy spots to get to the door.
