The bathroom shower was not the greatest and there was zero counter space to put your toiletries while you get ready.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the Harborside and were allowed to use the pool at the Beach Club side which was great. Loved using the bikes for a ride around the area. Enjoyed waffles for breakfast at the Fish House restaurant on property. The queen room and bathroom were on the smaller side with only one sink. It was manageable for two (though very tight) but would not recommend a family of four stay there. There was light coming in from the top and bottom of the doorway so you could easily hear people outside in the halIway. The air conditioner was loud and startling every time it came on. I would try the Beach Club side next time- probably worth the extra money per night.

It was clean, had a nice pool and sandy area by the harbor to watch the sunset. Pretty rooms. All amenities are not amenities, there is a daily fee. Nice location for driving into Charleston to see the downtown.

Overall, the pools and the beach area were very nice. The beach area was nicely set up and very relaxing. We had a room with 2 queen beds and it was painfully small. It was very difficult for 2 adults and 2 children to move around at the same time. The bathroom also did not have a vent, which would cause the bathroom and the room to get very steamy & humid. We also had to unplug every lamp in the room to be able to have enough outlets for items to plug in, so that felt very outdated in the room. There was also a $100 incidental fee that was held on your credit card PER DAY, which was definitely a surprise when we got there and checked in. The good options were good overall, but the only breakfast option was at the nicer sit-down restaurant on-sit. It definitely would have been nice to have another, easier breakfast option.

The amenities in the hotel were good. The room we booked was overall okay. Our main issue was the bathroom as the doors were very hard to close, there was no fan and the shower had a partial glass side so if you moved it accidentally water would get all over the floor.

Love it! The older part of the resort needs updated rooms and pool. But the newer side is gorgeous. Great resort!
