We had a guess try to come in to our room on the first night early morning which gave my wife a frite also the next morning early hours a k ock on our door asking if we had a phone charger so we felt very uncomfortable with our stay wont go back

Thanks for the feedback. It's not the hotel's fault if the guest next door asks you for phone charges; the hotel cannot control that situation.I am requesting the Expedia staff to delete the feedback mentioned and block that individual from our property.

This was a great place to stay. Bring close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants meant we could walk everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were all very helpful and responsive.
The property is very old and needing quite a bit of upgrade. The photos do not look like the condition of the property sadly.
The carpets in the room and bathrooms very old and musty.
Sheets were also not very nice. Lint balls and unpleasant to sleep in. No proper duvet covers
The wifi also did not work.

Having booked in for part of our honeymoon I did expect a great experience. Looking at the website I envisaged us looking over the water but found we were in the little building behind the twin towers. We could see a small section of water between the twin towers and a pine tree. Spoke to the lady on the desk and said I expected that we would have a better view. She asked if I could see the water, I said yes, she said “well that’s water views”
The tv was broken and the man went out of his way and replaced it. So many bad reviews about this place, just look and you will see. The ads whilst not illegal are misleading and unethical. I would expect that my review will receive there standard, defensive reply but general opinion states outerwise. Beware.

Average condition, weird message.
Like you need to empty your own bins and make sure all the dishes are cleaned, otherwise you could be charged an extra $90
I wont be going back.

We are sorry to hear that you would not like to return. The charges only apply to excess dishes and rubbish left upon checkout. Any normal amount is absolutely fine.
