Disappointing
Posted 29 Jan 2024 on HotelsThere was dog crap outside in several places near the entrance. The toilet handle broke on our last day. Breakfast is not included and only counter person serves a limited menu. Everything is à la carte.The courtyard doors are locked at night and the pool and hot tub are out-of-service.The front desk staff and the housekeepers are nice.

Rooms was very clean all staff members were very greet you when you walked into the hotel.
