Misleading advertising…Pool was green swamp, ice maker did t work, our door wouldn’t completely shut… Awful and I want a refund

Cigarette butts everywhere outside. Air conditioner noisy. Room very clean.

Keycard had to be reprogrammed 3 times. Curtains were falling down. Ice maker on 2nd floor not working. Breakfast was not the best (no butter for toast and no condiments ).

Had originally tried to book thru another site but expedia was much better. Got confirmation but when i showed up at hotel they stated room was cancelled. Showed him my confirmation but he stated it was cancelled and they had no rooms. Contacted expedia and they were helpful but still no room and i didnt want to stay at a average hotel with crappy people.
