This motel was great for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minor electrical problem and the owner came and fixed it immediately. It is very convenient to Mossman Gorge.

There was a misunderstanding between Wotif and the property. They wanted to charge $10 more and tried to charge me twice. He was understanding though but I wouldn’t stay again at that price I would rather a pub

Have stayed at motels all over Australia and this is the worst one by far. Decrepit (fridge door held by duct tape and both fridge and toaster yellowed from age and wear, looked gross), smelled awful because of so-called room deodorizer, had one coffee spoon in the room along with a few cups and dishes. Completely run down, have stayed in far better motels that were more decently priced.
Note that any decent reviews are old… Expedia shouldn’t be selling this accommodation.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. However, the free wifi was not able to be accessed from our room.

Room was clean the sheets on the bed was nice and crisp, the restaurant was lovely, overall a pleasant stay 👍

The team were super lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed the camp kitchen and pool. It was lovely to be able to cook ourselves a few meals and eat simply. Kitchen was supplied with everything we could need! We would definitely recommend staying here. Close to town and the Gorge and a short drive from Port Douglas.
