The power was out the whole time and we were on generator. There was no communication as to what was going on.

Lovely place to stay. A bit overpriced. Breakfast was minimal grounds were relaxing in the proximity of the beach and bluff was great.

All of the breakfast choices are excellent. The Cypress Grove and coast are just a few moments walk away. You can hear the ocean from the rooms. Beautifully landscaped grounds. Friendly staff. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at checkin and complimentary evening glass of wine are nice touches. Easy walk to the Moss Beach Distillery for lunch, dinner, cocktails. It would be nice to have a filtered water dispenser in the common areas so one uses fewer small plastic water bottles in the rooms. Overall, highly recommended.

We appreciate your suggestion about the water. We have been considering several possible solutions to the use of plastic. In that same vein, we are very pleased to have found a delicious and sustainably sourced coffee in a compostable pod for the in-room coffee makers! Hope you can come stay with us again before long.

This is such a lovely little place. Beautiful walking trails and garden all around the property. So close to eateries. Will be returning!

Best place to relax , walking trail to a beautiful ocean view it has beautiful rooms strongly recommended
