I had an excellent experience as a hotel guest with easy access to the Zoo. The hotel has its own exclusive entrance/exit directly to the Zoo, which was incredibly convenient. It was amazing to be so close to the wild animals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and unafraid they were towards people. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food, and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking.

Lovely hotel, super nice staff and incredible view from the restaurant and bar. We really enjoyed the experience!

Absolutely spectacular! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. The setting is gorgeous. Absolutely a must see if you are a wildlife lover.

We stayed 1 night with our 2 year old daughter. Would highly recommend to parents with young kids it’s a fabulous way to see the zoo without an exhausting day. We were able to see the animals when the zoo was quieter. The staff were wonderful and did everything possible to ensure a great time. As we were staying with our toddler we ate in the lounge for dinner the food was pretty poor - probably the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast the following day in the restaurant was fantastic and made up for the dismal overpriced pizza slop from the night before. That would be my only complaint everything else was perfect.

A memorable experience. Highly recommend all aspects. The room was tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. Great view (animal view room) thoughtfully designed to maximise the viewing outdoors. We were able to lay in bed at dawn with the full wall of glazed doors pulled back watching Matteo (our Koala) stirring beneath the stars.
Zoo enclosures were well designed allowing observation of the animals without feeling you were encroaching on their space. They really did seem relaxed, content and non-phased.
The staff were professional, helpful, you could tell they genuinely love their jobs and being at work (who wouldn't they right!). They really went above and beyond even leaving us a beautiful anniversary card, emu and platypus toy, loved these! They even smiled amd reassured me when I shared my disappointment that MY Koala wasn"t in the tree outside my room! And yes I realise how that sounds 😀 a suprise for me too.
They also moved our restaurant booking to accommodate a night tour. The restaurant Me-Gal was fantastic. The food extrordinarily delicious. We ordered the Feast. The staff handled with skill my panic in wanting to change my order. I needn"t of stressed myself (or anyone else for that matter) everytng on the Feast menu was expertly presente and most of all carefully balanced. Just devine. They also served the breakfast, which i have to say you havent had a proper buffet breakfast until you've been here.
All in all a memorable stay, highly recommend

Great place to stay, very clean and room was beautiful. Very convenient as zoo pass was included. Honestly found it hard to check in and get pass and hard to find our room but other than that would definitely stay again!
