Really easy check in, newly renovated cabin, very comfortable bed, quiet with lovely views and surrounds. My only suggestion for improvement would be for more comfortable chairs on the outdoor deck - the existing picnic bench is not consistent with the comfort and standard of the cabin.

Convenient location and historical house

Convenient distance to the main bus stop in Å of Lofoten. Good restaurant. A historical fisherman house. Smell of paint probably due to newly painted.

The Lofoten Islands are magical. I had always wanted to stay at this location in Moskenes for months and never had the chance. I arrived at 7:50 p.m. Their communication stated the front desk/reception would be open until 10 p.m. When i arrived not only was no one at the front desk/reception but no where on the property. I hunted for anyone and had to even ask for assistance from other guests. It was freezing cold with my parents having to wait in the rental car. An hour later, I found some construction workers who were helping renovate the hotel who knew the manager and called him/her. The saddest part of this entire saga was there was no apology or acknowledgment that they failed one of their customers. There are plenty of other properties in Moskenes that i would recommend before ever staying here again.
