Booked online and when arrived they didn’t know. No hot water or towel. You need to do better.

Cheap but you get what you pay for.
Posted 5 Mar 2020 on HotelsI have been staying at this hotel since 2013 and have generally found it to be good value for money. This year there was a definite reduction in the upkeep and quality of the breakfast offered. It is still a good value but it is definitely in need of repair.

Staff was very friendly, good breakfast, hot showers, comfortable bed, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute false advertising in brochure

Pros: Nothing really.I moved after paying for 1 week ...left after tolerating 3days
Cons: The owner seems to be cutting corners.
Location: Moshi is wonderful .
There has never been mini fridges in rooms for 3years.
Restaurant downstairs is set up however has not been opened for 3\4months.
Breakfast chef only.
Security is a complete joke
Poorly managed while owner is in Arusha.
The whole set up is just a front.
