Tired and unfriendly.

The pictures of hotels.com are deceiving. This is a tired, rough around the edges hotel. The manager was very nice but his restaurant staff need a lesson in customer service. Raw chicken for dinner. Sent back but the bill came anyway. The manager eventually partially refunded it. The cabana room bathroom was moldy and the entry door lock broken. There are better hotels in Moshe for the same price or less.

Have a nice stay!

Staff was always helpful and would go out of their way to help. The room was just as advertised and the ground were well kept. The pool was nice and the food was delicious.

Very nice hotel. Great hot water. Very clean. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

The waiters were so kind and helpful, always with a smile. We came back a day early from our Kilimanjaro trek and they were able to accommodate us without hesitation. Great place to stay!

Facility very nice. Staff friendly and always helpful. Only thing was took an hour or more to get food once it was ordered.

The stafg was so helpful and friendly. We arrived after 4days of canceled flights and delays. They allowed us to sleep in and made breakfast for us at Noon...they went above and beyond and Charles our waiter was so thoughtful..what a wonderful introduction to Tanzania's

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Keys Hotel in Moshi. Staff were amazing-friendly, attentive and went the extra mile to please. Good restaurant and bar. Spacious comfortable rooms- have your torch handy as we had several short power cuts. Easy walk to main town and markets. Gift shop on site with local curios that are cheaper than those in town! Recommended.
