I did a booking on Expedia and did a pay at the hotel when I called the hotel to let them know. I need a room where there's no stairs. They said that they could accommodate to it and they didn't. I am not allowed to do stairs. Regularly, and I had to do a whole bunch of stairs, just to get to the room.

We checked in at 10 pm. The front desk lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional. She is terrific and set the stage for a great stay
