This hotel is definitely off the beaten path. Hotel room showed its age, but was clean. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast were very good. Great hiking to Burg Eltz directly from the hotel.

Great guest house.
Posted 8 Jun 2022 on HotelsThis guest house was amazing, great location, plenty of free parking. My double room and on-suit were to a very high standard. Friendly staff and good evening menu and pay for breakfast. I will use this hotel again, great value and overall 10/10. A really great place.

Food is not their strength.
Posted 25 Oct 2020 on HotelsNice cosy place and helpful service. Breakfast was quite "poor" not a lot of choices. Dinner quite oily, the Bratkartoffeln were full of oil.

A really serene location on the edge of a forest, which would appeal to walkers. The room was cleaned every day we were there and the staff were helpful and pleasant. A really good buffet breakfast was provided. We had one meal at the hotel and it was excellent, local cuisine.
