The room with 2 beds was small. The place has thin walls, hearing the occupants above and it's on a fairly busy, ie noisy, street. Walkable to the pier with places to eat and shop. The host was friendly.

The staff criticized my parking. They were annoyed that I checked out before 11.

We arrived after 10pm and they kindly checked us in. The view from our room looked directly (and clearly) on the Morro Rock (from a distance). We were enjoying so much we barely checked out in time. The room was clean and much nicer than even I thought it would be. Didn't get to use the wifi.

I can highly recommend the Morro Bay Beach Inn for a short term visit to the Central Coast. The property needs some minor tweaks, but on a whole this property provides good value. I found the shower to be exceptional and the staff to be incredibly accommodating.

The bathroom lighting was poor. Could barely see my face in the mirror.
Also, no possibility of taking a bath instead of a shower, although there was a bathtub.
I had to have my key updated twice.

Bed was really uncomfortable, there was low water pressure no hot water, check in staff wasn’t helpful. Overall would only book again if it was last resort.
