The property is comfortable but seems old and outdated but the shuttle was really convenient. Also the night front desk person couldn't process a request for a late check out and referred me to call the morning crew. Why is that the customer's responsibility to have to call in the morning to request it. Why can't the night employees process it or convey it to the morning staff? Seems very inefficient.

Nice, clean hotel near the airport. I wish there was a way to know before I got here that the pool was closed.
