Been having a bit of difficulty here at the property . When I first checked in the bathroom I noticed hair all over the bathroom walls as well as the bathtub. Afterwards I used the dishwasher to wash out my plates and the dishwasher started to leak. Also as advertised free washing and drying. The laundry room does not work so of a family of 5 coming an hour away from the hotel I was forced to bring wet dirty clothes back home. Unfortunately my stay was not pleasant at all . I reached out to the front desk they just disregarded my troubles and asked me what is management Going to do about my trouble here at Sonesta suites , why should the manager know about this . And I replied because it needs to be fixed.

Parking fees empty lot was going to charge me $5,00 a day nice of them to wave fee😀
