The staff was wonderful. The room and breakfast area were clean. The hotel needs a facelift. It has a neglected feel. This is the fault of corporate decisions, not those at the property. Carpets are worn, doors are banged up and need paint, grout is grubby looking, and outlets need updated for charging.

We've stayed here a few times and the staff is wonderful, suite style rooms are perfect for traveling families, and close to a lot!

The sofa needs to be replaced. The internet was not available in the bedroom. Signal too weak. The water pressure was low in the tub. But all said I will stay there again.

Common areas are very nice. My room had an accessible shower which was not ideal for us. Decent breakfast. The staff was very good.
