On the expedia's app says that it had laundry facilities but the hotel doesn’t. The reception said that they have a car charging station. They do but it was nit working. I asked for towels but the reception said that they have a limit. I don’t understand why they have to give me a hard time about the towels. First of all.i booked for. 4 people and the bathroom only had 3 towels. The receptionists should be accommodating and kind. They were kinda not. Sorry. I am just trying to be truthful.

We only have Dry cleaning/laundry services that are sent out to a local dry cleaning for guests. Our front desk team is always very accommodation, we will make sure our front desk staff is taking care of all of our guests needs.
