Limited dining. Mattress was worn as it felt “lumpy” with little cushioning.

Thank you for your review. We will be looking into the issue regarding the mattress. Unfortunately, we only serve breakfast at the hotel. We do not have a restaurant in house but we have restaurants in the area. Thank you!

Great place to stay!
Posted 28 Feb 2024 on HotelsGreat place to stay! Staff was friendly and welcoming and rooms were extremely clean. Cleaning crew cleaned daily and did a great job. Everything was updated and in great condition.

Found a ramdom pill under the bed. Good thing my dog didn't find it first. Breakfast was nasty looking. But the staff were amazing! Feathers were on the floor of our room.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this situation to our attention, we are very happy that you found the medication instead of your dog. We have brought this to the housekeeper's attention so they can be on the lookout for things like this as well. We are also going to speak to the breakfast staff, our breakfast is usually a big hit and we are sorry it was anything less for your stay. Regarding the feathers in the room, there was a small hole in one of the feather pillows and we have removed it from the room. Again, we thank you and we wish you safe travels. Hopefully when you are in the area again & you choose to stay with us to give us a chance to do better!!!

The staff was friendly. We took one of the last two rooms available. But there was pee on the bathroom door (inside and outside of it.) The soap they provide for you to shower with was out (shampoo and shower gel..good thing I brought my own.)

The property itself was fine and the front desk employees were pleasant, however the General Manager at this hotel is not someone you want to talk to regarding any issues. One of those in our business-travel group had an issue with their room, and this GM was very condescending and flat out rude. Avoid her if you can!
