I like been flexible I have a extra person por a day and they Ed with low cost with no problem others hotel they are very difficult , hospitality of the employees great , good food at the restaurant

Estimado José,Nos sorprende mucho ver su calificación tan deficiente ya que en su check out nos mencionó que se la habia pasado muy bien y que incluso quería regresar más días. Hasta tarjeta con los datos del hotel nos pidió!Nos serviría mucho saber realmente su opinión y saber en qué podemos mejorar para que nuestros huéspedes puedan disfrutar mucho su experiencia.

Restaurant and valet staff were outstanding. Front desk couldn’t care less about our requests, even though we paid for the most expensive room. Music started blasting at 10am from the restaurant upstairs. Would not stay here again.

Dear Fidel,I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the hotel. It's frustrating when the service doesn't meet your expectations, especially when you've paid for a premium room. In situations like this, it might be helpful to provide feedback directly to the hotel management while you are still at the hotel so you can be taken care of properly. Thank you for your comments that have been passed to our general manager so she can work closely with the front desk staff so they can improve their service and attention. In regards to the restaurants music, we will look into this as we havent received any comments on this.

Black Mold on Ceiling

I checked into room 226 and it was immediately clear the room had mildew. Additionally the room had no windows, so I was unable to clear the air. I expressed my concerns to the hotel, but they refused to change rooms for me, I was even willing to take a smaller room versus a suite I paid for. I returned to the room and while in the restroom I had parts of the ceiling come down on me, which then drew my attention to the black mold on the ceiling. My one night stay was horrible and I spent part of the night with the room doors open to have some kind of fresh air. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, because of their lack of service.

Dear Thomas,Maybe there was a language misinterpretation but the hotel did not refused to your room change, we simply did not have anywhere to move you to. We were 100% occupancy last week so I hope you understand that all rooms were occupied. So please try to understand us also, if we did have a room available, of course we wouldve moved you.

Loved the customer service starting with arrival check in to parked car and help with my luggage and room I would stay here again Definetly
