I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff is always so friendly they make you feel at home. The ladies at the desk when checking treated me like they knew me. I was so relaxed when I left and I’m planning on returning very very very soon. ❤️❤️❤️

1. Cleanliness is either lacking or non-existent. The hallway carpet smelled really bad, and needed to be cleaned.
My hotel room had many obvious signs that it hadn't been cleaned prior to my stay (a paper wrapper was left under my sink, the tub had dirt stains and short pieces of hair, the air conditioner was caked with dirt, etc )
The breakfast buffet area clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was accumulated dirt and crumbs and fingerprints on everything.
2. I was not happy that the only icemaker was on the 3rd floor.
3. I must mention the bad attitude of the guy who was supposed to be stocking the buffet. He kept this angry look on his face the whole time, and actually prepared himself a plate of food while we were waiting for him to refill the buffet!

Perfect place to stay for business. Easy access to both Morehead City, Cherry Point and New Bern. Staff was amazing especially Hebah.

Stay was great. Easy to get to food and shopping. Our furniture in room had some tears that need addressing but was very clean. Breakfast offerings were very good and nice seating area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Holiday Inn was convenient and easy to access. The parking was full in the front and the sides but they had plenty of parking in the back but they locked the door from the back through the pool entrance. We saw many people try to access the door and turned around frustrated that it was locked. It made no sense!
