A very handy stop over for the Manx Ferry.

No kitchen but breakfast available a few minutes walk away at the nearby beach cafe and lunches and evening meals available at the cafes and inns in Heysham Conservation area within a 15 minute walk.

Very convenient for the Ferry Terminal; very clean and comfortable; Not a very salubrious area and a bit of a pain having to go out for meals (including breakfast!)

Jack and Monika were the perfect hosts, everything about our stay was perfect in every way, nothing was a problem, very high standards are upheld by the hosts in every way, we will not hesitate to book again in the future.
