Front desk was very rude and not helpful at all when card would not work took 1/2 hr to get into our room.

Carpet in the room was soaking wet from “carpet cleaning”. Was told they were booked despite empty parking lot. Made for a cold night sleep in the room even with the heat turned up was cold and damp. Staff did not seem to care or be concerned. Otherwise good place to stay and have stayed there before

Check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was excellent, better than expected
