Property is just OK, but... ONE cheap washcloth? A TINY vanity?? A love seat that may be the most uncomfortable on earth? More significantly, I've used Courtyards for many years but not recently. I know going in that, unlike similar (but physically better and with better amenities) properties like Hampton have free breakfast, Courtyard charges. I know that, but prices were ludicrous! Sure, I can afford it, but I refuse to be ripped off The insulting pricing prompted us to go elsewhere. In the end I HAPPILY paid a bit more for an infinitely better SERVED breakfast. Incidentally, a muffin in a nice sit-down restaurant at the Philadelphia airport was both MUCH larger and MUCH less expensive Than at the Courtyard. And, airports aren't exactly known for low priced meals. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR; GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

John, Sorry to hear your stay wasn't a positive experience, Courtyards do not offer free breakfast it is a cook to order. Our goal always is to make it a wonderful experience sorry to hear we fell short.

The staff was so polite!.. it was super quiet, like we were the only guests.. perfect location!

I was very disappointed that some services advertised wasn’t available. Also my breakfast voucher was not honores

The staff were very friendly an accommodating. The room was nice. The bar and lounge area were relaxing.

Property was clean and staff was great. Hallways had a funky smell.
