Yikes!!!! Just bad, don't stay unless you absolutely have to. So dirty and loud!!!! Smells like pool chemicals. Everywhere! & very unpleasant smells in the rooms. ???

Elevators didn’t work, AC didn’t work in the room.

We truly apologize for the elevator going down at 10:30 pm Saturday night. We had a repair person here by 9:15 am Sunday Morning and the elevator was back in service @ 10:20 am. The PTAC unit in the room you stayed in does work. It was checked twice before you were assigned to that room. They are set on "Heat" at 68 degrees (as it has been 30 degrees or cooler outside}. To change it to AC you would have needed to push the AC button. I am sorry you didn't ask for assistance from our front desk rep. Thank you for your input.
