They don’t run the AC in the hallway, elevator or rooms making it feel like a sauna. It took a while for my room to cool down once I turned on the AC bc the AC was off when I arrived. Other then that, it’s not a bad place

The room booked was not available and the staff did not tell me and I had paid extra for the larger room. Once I got to the room and found it wasn't what I requested I went back down and was then told the room wasn't available and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

We arrived at the hotel to be informed no rooms were available due to a flood. I had my Expedia confirmation in hand. No one called us to inform us of this news and we couldn’t be found in their computer. We were left to scrambled on our own to find another hotel in the area. This has never happened to us before! We currently have a claim in to get our money back from Expedia.

I reserved a king room and was given a room with 2 queen beds. The person at the desk said that they did not have any king rooms due to water leaks.
