We spotted the village from the road above, fishing village down a steep road, cobblestones and cottages. Gorgeous 300 year old pub on the harbour, great atmosphere, comfy bed and room, breakfast the next day was fresh and plentiful and offered with love and care. Really enjoyed it, 20 steos from the harbour so pretty to walk around.

Lovely food, room, staff and area. Cute family room. Cosy with everything you need for a night away. Plenty towels, tea, coffee etc. dinner in hotel and breakfast were amazing. Will be back!

Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsMy husband and I love to visit The Anchor for a meal. We decided to book an overnight stay for my birthday and wasn’t disappointed. We were greeted with a very friendly and warm welcome and shown to our room. The room was small but lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Our meal was delicious and service was excellent. We opted for breakfast and it too, was delicious. Plenty on offer and the lady that served us was lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone.
