Floor dirty, one light bulb in each fixture so it was dark, air conditioning did not work, chairs were filthy.
Positive: Representatives were friendly and bed was comfortable.

It has been remodeled and our room was extremely clean. It was an excellent price. I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was older but is being slowly updated. It is convenient to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP.

Outside infrastructure in need of repair. Concrete walkways broken in spots, crumbling wall and parking lot need attention. But our room was obviously refurbished. Clean comfortable and everything worked! Staff (owners?) very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

Great staff -- friendly and extremely helpful. Facility could use an upgrade. For example, better lighting and more electrical outlets are needed.
