I was awakened every night at midnight, 3 and 4am! Loud people in the next room, no desk attendant on site. The bathroom was ridiculously small and almost unusable. There was a strong marijuana smell on my last night’s stay with doors slamming at 4-5am. I liked the pool, sauna and hot tub you can use … in the hotel across the street. It is on the bus line. I would not stay here again for free.

A great place to stay in Montreux
Posted 11 Dec 2023 on HotelsRoom was very spacious for 4 adults. Walkable distance to most tourist spots and bus stop is right across the street. Clean room and kind employees. Loved the stay here and the city!

Villa Toscane turned out to be a hotel across the street. Nothing like the pictures. Facing the street made it a noisy night, but hotel employees were attentive and breakfast was good.

Although the Royal Plaza Montreux manages the administrative and daily duties of the facility, I felt the process is well-run, even though we had to walk across the street in the pouring down rain. It was worth it!
