Great location, good value. One outlet didn’t work, top floor was super hot (room was fine)…little issues only. Good closet space for a small room. Nice lounge. We would return….

Excellent home away from home experience. The comfortable and spacious apartment with a kitchenette allowed us lots of options during our stay. The immediate area is quiet with great dining options.

I have been trying to reach customer service to discuss how the internet wasn’t working the ENTIRE time. I paid 1300 for 4 days only to also have a $120 phone bill because I had to use my own data. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Please advise asap

Hello Kendra, Apologies for the mixup, someone reached out to you regarding this. I’ll have them send a follow up email incase the message was missed somehow. Upon double checking it appears the wireless network is working properly so I’m not entirely sure what may have happened. We also issued a partial refund for the inconvenienceApologies again for the inconvenience. We always strive to provide excellent and prompt (instant whenever possible) service which many of our guest have found to be the case though I understand this may have not been the case in your experience. As mentioned, we just set up a new communications software to ensure a more streamlined communications experience for between our guests and the team. Unfortunately, it looks like it had some backend issues during the initial connection that caused a temporary mis-sync for some communication channels which has been one of our main priorities to resolve. I’m happy to say the problem was found and resolved. Outside of this resolution with the software, we will continue looking at more ways to further improve the overall experience for all our guests especially by providing prompt communication at all times. While we generally receive positive feedback in regards to prompt and efficient communication, we never let our successes outweigh scenarios where we may fall short of this standard we have worked to achieve. In this case this will also be a point of priority at our next staff meeting to ensure this is not a repeat case.Apologies again for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback, we take all feedback very seriously whether it be positive or less than positive.
