The Foster Inn is a quaint 12 room 1950 style motel. My room was very clean, quiet, and the owners are friendly. The bed was great and I slept like a rock. The room amenities were a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, shampoo, soaps, hairdryer, everything other motels have.
It is very simple, comfortable, and clean at a very reasonable rate.

Very clean and well kept up and not a trace of that old smoke smell which seems to plaque nearly all the other facilities which I have stayed in recently. A little off the path, but quaint. First time I have been given a real metal room key , instead of a computer card,,in a long time. And I liked it.-FBP

Despite the place looking dilapidated, the room was surprisingly clean and had shampoo, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, and complimentary coffee. Much better than the Motel 6 in Springfield IL that was noisy and didn't provide shampoo or hair dryer. We liked Foster Inn so much, we chose to stay an extra night.
