We enjoyed our 4 nights. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We were visiting family and we were glad that the hotel was easily accessible. We have stayed here before and are always glad to return.

The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not great was the Hot Tub looks icky

This was by far the CLEANEST hotel room I've ever stayed in! The bed was super comfy, I actually slept and my back didn't brother me. The breakfast was so-so, nothing too exciting. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was a little worried about staying here after reviewing some of the comments but I was proven wrong! I would stay here again without any hesitation.

My room was right next to the elevator on floor 3 and that was very loud, day or night.

The staff were absolutely the best. The only area that wasn’t clean were the stairways.

Read reviews that said the beds were very comfortable and both mine and my partners backs are in pain today. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and the swimming pool was too warm. It’s like the pool and hot tub’s temperature of the water was swapped. Was looking forward to sitting in a nice hot tub for the price of $209 per night. I’m very disappointed in our stay.

We are truly sorry that the pump for the hot tub failed at some point during the day on Friday and we were unable to get a plumber in to make repairs at that time. The pool is kept at a constant 84-86 degrees and upon daily testing it was at that temperature the entire weekend but we are sorry you did not find that to your liking. Our beds are Sealy pillow top mattresses built specifically for Best Western Hotels and are less than one year old but yes, their comfort is subject to personal preference.
