We really enjoyed our stay. Ruth is an exceptional hostess, and made sure that everything was top-notch. The decor is very tastefully done, and looks beautiful. We would love to return some day!

Treasure of find in mid Wales.
Posted 23 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe had a wonderful night stay at The old stores. Ruth was so lovely and welcoming. The room was beautiful with a large bed and gorgeous furnishings, the ensuite was huge with a separate shower and stand alone bath, with large fluffy towels, wonderful. Our breakfast was the best we have had staying in boutique B&Bs. We will go back and stay a few more nights in the future.

Hard Working Host
Posted 14 Aug 2023 on HotelsBooked two rooms and they were fantastic, Ruth is the most hard working host I have ever met, her attention to detail is brilliant. I will stay again as it is so relaxing and peaceful. Room, breakfast and host cannot be beaten, ten out of ten every time. Home made marmalade with fresh local produce, so tasty.
